Fazenda Morro Azul is one of the oldest coffee farms in the Mogiana region. First founded in 1840, Morro Azul is now managed by Flavio and Maria Lucia, who have dedicated themselves to various water conservation efforts with FAF’s Bob-o-Link program to preserve the Agua Limpa water basin. This particular coffee goes through a 40-hour anaerobic fermentation process on the fruit before drying, adding additional funkiness while preserving the seed’s natural flavors.
