Tasting notes from our Q-grader and head roaster:

• Aroma: Intense floral aromas, reminiscent of jasmine and bergamot, with hints of sweet citrus.
• Flavor: Bright and complex with pronounced floral notes, balanced acidity, and a velvety smooth texture.
• Body: Full-bodied and velvety, creating a luxurious mouthfeel.
  
• Aftertaste: Lingering floral sweetness with a touch of sweetness.

Best brewed as a conical pourover or a French press to fully appreciate the complex flavors and smooth body. Chemex will bring out the intricacies of the floral notes, while a French press will bring out the velvety smoothness of the body.
